We begin to take applications for our waitlist once we are expecting a litter of puppies. (Our waitlist for our November litter is FULL; the waitlists for our FALL 2025 litters are open). A $200 deposit is required from those who wish to be on the waitlist. Those on the waitlist receive exclusive information on upcoming litters and have first selection for the puppy of their choice once the litter is born.  Anyone who wishes to place their name on the waitlist will first be asked a series of questions about themselves and their lifestyle. It is our utmost desire to see our puppies go to good, loving homes. 

Once the litter arrives, those on the waitlist get first choice of the puppies. A further $300 is required to secure the puppy of your choice. The order of puppy selection follows the order in which deposits were first received. After everyone on the waitlist is contacted, the puppies will be advertised online.

For those who do not have their name on the waitlist prior to the puppies' birth, a $500 deposit is also required to secure the puppy of your choice. (Puppy selection occurs at approximately 5 weeks of age). Once your deposit is received, we will provide you and your family with periodic updates regarding your puppies' growth. 

The puppies receive their initial veterinarian visit before being rehomed. At this visit, they are checked by the vet for physical soundness. They are also given their first round of vaccinations and receive a microchip. We also deworm the puppies 4 times before they are rehomed at 8 weeks of age.  

All puppies are sold with CKC registration on a non-breeding contract. The non-breeding contract is non-negotiable. As breeders, it is our responsibility to maintain the purity of the Labrador breed and to keep an influx of unwanted pets out of animal shelters. 

Our Fall 2024 puppies are all spoken for. We hope to have more puppies available in Fall 2025 (and not before this!). If you are interested in a puppy in Fall 2025, please fill out the waitlist form.
